Key Areas of Focus:


Project Planning and Execution
: Develop detailed project plans and oversee their execution to ensure timely delivery of business system enhancements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams, including IT, operations, and finance, to gather requirements and ensure alignment on project goals.

Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders to manage expectations, gather feedback, and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Identify potential project risks and develop strategies to minimize their impact on project delivery.

Performance Monitoring: Track project progress against milestones and KPIs, providing regular updates to stakeholders and making necessary adjustments.

Responsibilities

Lead Project Initiatives: Drive the planning, execution, and closing of projects, ensuring they align with organizational objectives.

Team Coordination: Collaborate with team members to assign tasks, monitor progress, and foster a collaborative working environment.

Requirement Gathering: Conduct meetings with stakeholders to gather project requirements and translate them into actionable plans.

Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, schedules, and reports.

Post-Project Evaluation: Conduct post-project reviews to analyze successes and areas for improvement, applying insights to future projects.

Must have

  1. Bachelor’s Degree: A degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  2. Proven Experience: 3-5 years of experience in project management, particularly in business systems development.
  3. Project Management Skills: Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile or Scrum.
  4. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
  5. Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to analyze complex situations and propose effective solutions.
  6. Valid Work Permit: A valid work permit for Albania.
