Look at campaign data using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush to guide decisions.
Work with the content and design teams to make sure ads match campaign goals.

Must have
- A degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Solid experience with SEA tools like Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Google Tag Manager.
- Strong analytical skills—you know how to make sense of data.
- Experience with tracking conversions and using retargeting strategies.
- Great written English skills, especially for creating catchy ad copy.
- You’re creative, proactive, and can get things done on your own.
- A valid work permit for Albania.
