Must have

1. Bachelor’s Degree or Higher: A degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.
2. Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience in WordPress development with a strong portfolio showcasing completed projects.
3. Proficiency in PHP and JavaScript: Solid knowledge of PHP and JavaScript, essential for custom theme and plugin development.
4. Familiarity with HTML and CSS: A strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles for front-end development.
5. Experience with WordPress Frameworks: Knowledge of popular WordPress frameworks and libraries, such as WooCommerce and Gutenberg.
6. Version Control Experience: Familiarity with Git for version control and collaboration within a development team.
7. Strong Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively and efficiently.
8. Effective Communication Skills: Proficient in English, both written and spoken, to interact with clients and team members.
9. Valid Work Permit for Albania: A valid work permit allowing you to work in Albania.
