1. Accessing cPanel through BlueberryWCS

Step 1: Login to Your BlueberryWCS Account

  • Visit BlueberryWCS.com.
  • Click on Client Login at the top right corner.
  • Enter your email address and password to access your hosting account.

Step 2: Access Your cPanel

  • Once logged in, navigate to Services in the menu.
  • Select My Services from the dropdown.
  • Choose the hosting service you want to manage by clicking Active.
  • On the hosting details page, click the Login to cPanel button. This will take you directly to the cPanel dashboard.

Tips:

  • If you encounter any issues logging in, use the Forgot Password? link to reset your credentials.

2. Creating Email Accounts in cPanel

Step 1: Open the Email Accounts Section

  • In the cPanel dashboard, locate the Email section.
  • Click on Email Accounts.

Step 2: Add a New Email Account

  • Click the + Create button.
  • Domain: Select the domain you want the email account to be associated with (if you have more than one domain).
  • Username: Enter the desired email username (e.g., info, support).
  • Password: Enter a strong password or use the Generate button to create one.
  • Storage Space: Set a quota or select Unlimited.

Step 3: Save and Access Your Email

  • Click Create to finalize the new email account.
  • To access your email account, return to the Email Accounts section.
  • Find your new email address and click Check Email to open the Webmail interface.

Tips:

  • Use Webmail to manage emails directly from your browser.
  • You can also configure your email with third-party clients (e.g., Outlook, Gmail) using the Connect Devices option found in the Email Accounts section.

3. Sending and Receiving Emails

Step 1: Access Webmail

  • In the Email Accounts section of cPanel, click Check Email next to the account you want to use.
  • Choose a Webmail client (e.g., Roundcube or Horde) to manage your emails.

Step 2: Composing and Sending Emails

  • In the Webmail client, click Compose or New Message.
  • Enter the recipient's email, subject, and message content.
  • Click Send to deliver the email.

Step 3: Receiving Emails

  • You can read incoming emails in the Inbox of the Webmail client.
  • Use the Refresh button to check for new messages.

4. General cPanel Management

a. File Manager

  • Go to File Manager in the cPanel dashboard to view, upload, or edit files on your website.
  • Use the Upload button to add files directly to your server.

b. Backups

  • Locate the Backup or Backup Wizard section to create manual backups of your website.
  • Follow the wizard steps to download a copy of your website and database files.

c. Managing Domains

  • Go to the Domains section to add subdomains, manage redirects, or update DNS records.

d. Managing Databases

  • In the Databases section, you can create and manage databases using MySQL Databases or phpMyAdmin.

e. Checking Site Statistics

  • Use the Metrics section (e.g., Awstats or Webalizer) to view website traffic, bandwidth usage, and other statistics.

5. Troubleshooting Tips

  • Forgot Your cPanel Password? Reset it from your hosting account on BlueberryWCS.
  • Email Issues? Ensure that MX records are correctly configured in the DNS Zone Editor.
  • Website Not Loading? Check your file structure in File Manager and ensure the index file is in the public_html directory.
